75 g margarine
225 g egg yolks
115 g icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanili powder
10 g cake flour
5 g milk powder
How to make:1. Preheat the oven to 160°C and grease a 22 x 22 x 4 cm baking pan with margarine and line with parchment paper.
2. Beat butter and margarine until pale and light. Set aside
3. Beat egg yolks, icing sugar and vanili until pale and thick.
4. Add sifted flour and milk powder to egg mixture, continue with butter mixture. Stir until well combined.
5. Spread 100 g batter to the pan, bake 3 minutes (used bottom heat) then switch to top heat, continue baking for 3 minutes until golden brown.
6. Spread again 100 g batter, bake for 7 minutes.
7. Repeat it until finish.
8. Turn out cake onto wire rack to moderate warm then roll it up.

Bahan:
75 g mentega
75 g margarin
225 g kuning telur
115 g gula halus
1/2 tsp bubuk vanili
10 g tepung terigu protein rendah
5 g susu bubuk
Cara:
1. Panaskan oven suhu 160°C dan olesi loyang ukuran 22 x 22 x 4 cm dengan sedikit margarin dan alasi dengan kertas roti.
2. Kocok mentega dan margarin sampai pucat dan ringan. Sisihkan.
3. Kocok kuning telur, gula halus dan vanili sampai pucat dan kental.
4. Masukkan tepung terigu dan susu bubuk yang sudah diayak ke adonan telur, aduk rata. Masukkan kocokan mentega, aduk rata.
5. Tuang 100 g adonan ke dalam loyang, panggang 3 menit dengan api bawah. Ganti ke api atas, panggang kembali 3 menit sampai permukaan kue menguning.
6. Tuang kembali 100 g adonan, panggang selama 7 menit.
7. Lakukan terus sampai adonan habis.
8. Dinginkan kue di rak kawat sampai hangat, lalu gulung kue.
