100 ml milk
100 g unsalted butter
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
125 g bread flour/cake flour
4 eggs
Filling (beat until stiff peaks form):325 ml whipping cream
1 tbs sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
Topping:Chocolate sauceHow to make:1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease a baking sheet with a little margarine.
2. Heat water, milk, butter, salt & sugar, bring to boil. Remove from heat then add the flour, stir until well combined. Let it warm.
3. Add eggs one by one, stir until mixture is thicken.
4. Put it in the piping bag with plain nozzle. Pipe rounds 2.5 cm on baking sheet.
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Fill with cream and serve with chocolate sauce

100 g mentega tawar
1/8 sdt garam
1 sdt gula pasir halus
125 g tepung terigu protein tinggi/sedang
4 telur
Filling (kocok sampai kaku):
325 ml whipping cream
1 sdm gula pasir halus
1/4 sdt esens vanila
Topping:
Saus cokelat
Cara:
1. Panaskan oven 200°C dan olesi loyoang dengan sedikit margarin.
2. Panaskan air, susu cair, mentega, garam dan gula sampai mendidih. Matikan api, masukkan tepung terigu, aduk rata. Biarkan hangat.
3. Tambahkan telur satu per satu, aduk sampai adonan mengental.
4. Masukkan ke dalam plastik segitiga gunakan spuit polos. Semprotkan melingkar diameter 2.5 cm pada loyang.
5. Panggang selama 20 menit atau sampai kecoklatan.
6. Isi dengan krim dan sajikan dengan saus cokelat.
