Indonesian versionIngredients:5 g vegetable oil
50 ml milk
25 g sugar
1/4 tsp vanila extract
40 g cake flour
10 g milk powder
150 g egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
40 g sugar
1/4 tsp pandan pasta
Filling: Chocolate Buttercream
How to make:1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line 2 baking pan (24 x 12 x 4cm) with parchment paper.
2. Heat vegetable oil, milk, sugar, & vanila extract, stir until sugar is dissolved.
3. Pour the mixture to the sifted cake flour & milk powder. Gently stir it.
4. Beat the egg whites in another bowl until foamy. Add cream of tartar and sugar, continue beating until soft peaks form.
5. Spoon the egg whites to flour mixture, gently stir it until just combined.
6. Divide the batter into two same weight. Add pandan pasta to one batter. Pour the 2 batter into baking pan. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
7. After the cake is cooled, spread chocolate buttercream and roll up the cake.

Bahan:
5 g minyak sayur
50 ml susu cair
25 g gula pasir
1/4 sdt vanila extract
40 g tepung terigu protein rendah
10 g susu bubuk
150 g putih telur
1/2 sdt cream of tartar
40 g gula pasir
1/4 sdt pandan pasta
Filling:
Chocolate Buttercream
Cara:
1. Panaskan oven suhu 180°C dan alasi 2 loyang ukuran 24 x 12 x 4cm dengan kerats roti.
2. Panaskan minyak, susu cair, gula dan vanila extract, aduk sampai gula larut.
3. Tuang kedalam tepung terigu & susu bubuk yang sudah diayak. Aduk rata.
4. Kocok putih telur sampai berbusa, masukkan cream of tartar & gula pasir secara bertahap, kocok sampai setengah kaku.
5. Masukkan adonan putih telur ke dalam adonan tepung, aduk perlahan sampai rata.
6. Bagi 2 adonan, satu bagian tambahkan pasta pandan. Tuang ke dalam loyang, panggang selama 15 - 20 menit.
7. Setelah kue dingin, olesi dengan buttercream, gulung.
