Burger Bun (Roti Burger)

Ingredients:
500 g bread flour, sifted
50 g sugar
25 g milk powder
7 g instant yeast
290 ml water
40 g shortening
7 g salt
sesame seed
How to make:
1. Mix bread flour, sugar, milk powder & instant yeast. Pour water step by step, gently knead the dough until smooth.
2. Add shortening and salt, continue knead until the dough is elastic.
3. Divide dough 65 g each, roll into smooth balls. Cover with plastic wrap so the dough won't dry. Let stand for about 10 minutes.
4. Punch down each dough, roll again into smooth balls. Cover with plastic wrap, let stand for about 15 minutes.
5. Press each dough, and let stand for 40 minutes more.
6. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
6. Brush the top with water & sprinkle with sesame seed, bake for 20 minutes.

50 g gula pasir
25 g susu bubuk
7 g ragi instant
290 ml air
40 g shortening/ mentega putih
7 g garam
wijen putih
Cara:
1. Campur tepung terigu, gula, susu bubuk & ragi instant. Tuang air sedikit-sedikit sambil diuleni sampai kalis.
2. Masukkan shortening dan garam, uleni terus sampai elastis.
3. Bagi dan timbang adonan seberat 65 g, bulatkan, tutup dengan plastik, biarkan selama 10 menit.
4. Tinju setiap adonan, bulatkan kembali dan diamkan 15 menit.
5. Tekan adonan sampai pipih. Biarkan 15 menit lagi.
6. Panaskan oven suhu 220°C.
6. Olesi bagian atas adonan dengan air & taburi wijen, panggang selama 20 menit.
Hasil: 14 buah

hasil memang tidak terlalu empuk (tetapi tidak keras), jika ingin sangat empuk, bisa kurangi airnya dan tambahkan telur.
