Ingredients:110 g butter
70 g margarine
3 egg yolks
210 g icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilli powder
50 ml condensed milk
100 g cheddar cheese, grated
500 g tepung sagu, toasted, sifted, makes 435 g
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
How to make:1. Preheat the oven to 150°C, grease baking sheets with margarine.
2. Using electric mixer, beat butter, margarine, & icing sugar for 1 minute, add egg yolks, continue beating until pale & light (about 5 minutes).
3. Gradually add cheddar cheese & condensed milk, gently stirring it. Add tepung sagu, baking soda & baking powder, stir until all mixture are combined.
4. Roll out the dough using rolling pin for about 5mm. Shape with ring cutter and place in baking sheets and bake for about 15 - 20 minutes until light brown.
5. Cool the cookies on wire rack Store in an airtight container.

Bahan:110 g mentega

3 kuning telur
210 g gula tepung
1/2 sdt vanilli powder
50 ml susu kental manis putih
100 g cheddar cheese, parut
500 g tepung sagu, sangrai, ayak menghasilkan +/- 435 g
1/2 sdt baking soda
1/2 sdt baking powder
Cara:1. Panaskan oven suhu 150°C, olesi loyang kue kering dengan margarin.

Kocok mentega, margarin, gula tepung selama 1 menit. Masukkan kuning telur, kocok sampai putih mengembang (kurang lebih 5 menit).

Masukkan keju parut dan susu kental manis, aduk rata. Tambahkan tepung sagu, baking soda & baking powder, aduk rata.
4. Giling adonan sampai ketebalan 5 mm, bentuk dengan ring cutter. Letakkan dalam loyang, panggang selama 15 - 20 menit sampai matang dan sedikit menguning
5. Dinginkan pada rak kawat, simpan dalam stoples kedap udara.
Note: tutup adonan yang belum dibentuk agar tidak kering.
