Chocolate Mousse

Indonesian version
Ingredients:
100 ml milk
1 egg yolk
5 g sugar
125 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
1 leaf gelatine, soak then remove the excess water
250 ml whipping cream, beat until creamy
How to make:
1. Combine milk, egg yolk and sugar. Heat it until just reach boiling point. Remove from heat. Gradually add dark chocolate & gelatine. Stir it until chocolate & gelatine melted.
2. Add the whipping cream, continue stir until all combined.
3. Pour the mixture into 3 mini glasses. Refrigerate until firm.

Bahan:
100 ml susu cair
1 kuning telur
5 g gula pasir
125 g dark chocolate, potong kecil
1 lembar gelatine, rendam tiriskan
250 ml whipping cream, kocok sampai menjadi krim
Cara:
1. Campur susu cair, kuning telur dan gula. Panaskan aduk sampai gula larut dan mencapai titik didih. Matikan api. Masukkan cokelat dan gelatin. Aduk sampai larut.
2. Tambahkan whipping cream, aduk rata.
3. Tuang ke dalam 3 gelas mini. Dinginkan.
