Pizza

Ingredients:
350 g bread flour
7 g milk powder
7 g instant dry yeast
1/2 tbs sugar
220 ml water
1 tsp salt
3 tbs olive oil
Sauce:
2 garlics, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
3 tomatoes, boiled, peeled, crushed
50 g tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp olive oil
Topping:
1/2 onions, slice
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
4 pcs sausage, slice
5 slices mozzarella cheese
How to make:
1. Mix together flour, milk powder, sugar, and yeast. Gradually add water in several times. Knead using your hands until smooth.
2. Add salt and olive oil, continue knead until elastic.
3. Place the dough in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
4. Grease 30 cm pizza pan with olive oil. Press the dough into pan and flatten it using your hands.
5. Spread sauce over flatten dough, and leaving a one inch margin along edges.
6. Sprinkle with topping, bake for 10 - 15 minutes in the oven (220°C).

7 g susu bubuk
7 g ragi instant
1/2 sdm gula pasir
220 ml air
1 sdt garam
3 sdm olive oil
Saus:
2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
1 buah bawang bombay, cincang halus
3 buah tomat, rebus, buang kulitnya, buang isinya, hancurkan
50 g pasta tomat
1 1/2 sdt garam
1 sdt gula pasir
2 sdt oregano
2 sdt olive oil
Topping:
1/2 buah bawang bombay, iris
1/2 paprika hijau, potong
4 buah sosis, iris
5 lembar keju mozzarella
Cara:
2. Add salt and olive oil, continue knead until elastic.
3. Place the dough in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
4. Grease 30 cm pizza pan with olive oil. Press the dough into pan and flatten it using your hands.
5. Spread sauce over flatten dough, and leaving a one inch margin along edges.
6. Sprinkle with topping, bake for 10 - 15 minutes in the oven (220°C).

1/2 buah bawang bombay, iris
1/2 paprika hijau, potong
4 buah sosis, iris
5 lembar keju mozzarella
Cara:
1. Campur terigu, susu bubuk, gula dan ragi. Tambahkan air sedikit-sedikit sambil diuleni sampai kalis.
2. Masukkan garam dan olive oil, uleni terus sampai elastis.
3. Bulatkan simpan dalam wadah yang ditutup plastik, biarkan selama 1 jam.
4. Olesi loyang pizza ukuran 30 cm dengan olive oil, tata adonan pizza.
5. Olesi saus (sisakan 1 cm pinggiran tanpa dioles).
6. Taburi topping. Panggang dalam oven 220°C selama 10 - 15 menit.
