Birthday Tart with Strawberry Topping

Ingredients:
Vanilla Cake:
10 egg yolks
4 egg whites
120 g icing sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
60 g cake flour
20 g milk powder
Melted together:
60 g butter
60 g margarine
1 tbs condensed milk
Chocolate Cake:
5 egg yolks
2 egg whites
60 g icing sugar
20 g cake flour
10 g cocoa powder
10 g milk powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
Melted together:
30 g butter
30 g margarine
1/2 tbs chocolate condensed milk
Filling:
Apricot jam
Topping:
500 g Italian buttercream
Strawberry, sliced
How to make:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease three 20cm round baking pans with margarine and line with parchment paper.
2. Vanilla cake, beat egg, sugar & vanilla powder until pale & light.
3. Add cake flour & milk powder by sifting it to the egg mixtures. Beat until all combined.
4. Add butter mixture, stir gently. Pour the mixture to two baking pans, bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
5. Chocolate cake, same with vanilla cake. Pour the mixture to one baking pan. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
6. After the cake has cooled, spread apricot jam over one vanilla cake and top with chocolate cake, spread apricot jam, and top with other vanilla cake. Spread the buttercream to the whole cake (top and side of the cake).
7. Garnish with strawberry.

60 g tepung terigu protein sedang
20 g susu bubuk
Cairkan:
60 g mentega
60 g margarin
1 sdm susu kental manis putih
Chocolate cake:
5 kuning telur
2 putih telur
60 g gula tepung
20 g tepung terigu protein sedang
10 g cocoa powder
10 g susu bubuk
1/4 sdt baking powder
Cairkan:
30 g mentega
30 g margarin
1/2 sdm susu kental manis cokelat
Filling:
Selai Apricot
Topping:
500 g Italian buttercream
Stroberi, belah dua
Cara:
1. Panaskan oven 180°C dan olesi 3 loyang diameter 20 cm dengan margarin dan alasi kertas roti.
2. Vanilla cake, kocok telur, gula tepung & vanilla powder sampai pucat dan mengembang.
3. Masukkan tepung terigu dan susu bubuk sambil diayak ke dalam kocokan telur. Kocok dengan kecepatan rendah sampai rata.
4. Tambahkan lelehan mentega, aduk rata. Tuang ke dalam 2 buah loyang, dan panggang selama 15 - 20 menit.
5. Chocolate cake, sama dengan vanila cake. Tuang ke dalam 1 loyang dan panggang 15- 20 menit.
6. Setelah kue dingin, olesi salah satu kue vanila dengan selai aprikot. Tutup dengan cake cokelat, olesi dengan selai aprikot, terakhir tutup dengan vanila cake satunya. Oles semua permukaan kue dengan buttercream.
7. Hias dengan potongan stroberi.

Buaguss banget. Tapi aku penasaran,kalo yang dipake bukan buttercream tapi plastik icing tambah bagus ga ya?
Tau ga caranya mbuat plastik icing?

aku tinggal di hongkong mau tanya maaf dah lama di hk lupa apa beda margarin dan mentega seai apricot bisa diganti apa

bagai mn cara menhias cake yang rapi dan bersih biar kelihatan canti apa aja bahah membuat icing apa kah bahan cetak nya dapat d beli di mana aja

mau coba dulu deh,keliatannya enak yah...but italian butter cream belom pernah coba dan mentega apa bedanya dgn margarine yah?
