Ingredients:
300 g bread flour
150 g cake flour
15 g instant yeast
3 g bread improver
15 g milk powder
60 g sugar
2 egg
100 ml water
70 g butter
1/4 tsp salt

Filling:
chocolate chip, cheddar cheese, etc

Topping:
2 egg yolk

How to make:
1. Mix the bread flour, cake flour, instant yeast, bread improver, sugar and milk powder. Add the egg, combine together using a pastry blender. Add water step by step. Gently knead the dough until smooth.
2. Add butter and salt, continue knead until the dough is elastic.
3. Place the dough in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, let rise until doubled in size, about 30 minutes.
4. Divide dough 70 g each, roll into smooth balls. Cover with plastic wrap so the dough won't dry. Let stand for about 10 minutes.
5. Flatten each dough into an oval and insert the filling, then place it side by side in two loaf pans. Let stand for 90 minutes.
6. Brush the tops with topping and bake in oven with temperature 180° C for about 15-20 minutes.

Bahan:
300 g tepung terigu protein tinggi
150 g tepung terigu protein sedang
15 g ragi instant
3 g bread improver
15 g susu bubuk
60 g gula pasir
2 telur
100 ml air
70 g mentega
1/4 tsp garam

Isi:
chocolate chip, keju, meises, etc

Olesan:
2 kuning telur

Cara
:
1. Campur terigu, ragi instant, bread improver, gula dan susu bubuk. Tambahkan kuning telur dan air sedikit demi sedikit. Uleni hingga kalis.
2. Tambahkan mentega dan garam, uleni hingga elastis.
3. Bulatkan dan diamkan selama 30 menit sampai mengembang dua kali dari semula.
4. Bagi dan timbang masing-masing adonan 70 g, bulatkan dan diamkan kembali 10 menit.
5. Giling adonan memanjang dan isi dengan bahan isi. Tata dalam 2 loyang loaf secara berdampingan. Biarkan 90 menit.
6. Olesi bagian atas adonan dengan kuning telur, oven dengan suhu 180° C selama 15-20 menit.

Tips: Setiap fermentasi tutup adonan dengan plastik atau serbet dan simpan di ruangan yang hangat agar adonan mengembang sempurna.
