Ice Cream

Ice cream... everybody loves it! Not only ice cream, there are also gelato, sorbet, sherbet and granita. What's the different between them?
Ok, I'll explain it one by one...

Basicly:
- Ice Cream is made by combining cream, milk, and sugar.
- Gelato is made by milk and sugar only.
- Sorbet contains water and sugar, never use milk or cream.
- Sherbet also made by water and sugar, but can be added with milk or cream.
- Granita contains water and sugar.

All above can be added with fruit, spices, esens, liquer, nuts, and others what you like.
